Summer:
(Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- Check-in no later than 8:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check out by 11:00 am
Winter Off Season:
(Prior to Memorial Day and After Labor Day)
- Check in no later than 7:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check out by 11:00 am
- Meals and activities must be scheduled when reservations are made.

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book lodging and special activities.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee per site. The full deposit is NON-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
A 18% gratuity may be added to groups of 10 or more.
