Homestead House | |
| This original Thatcher home has been remodeled for today’s modern traveler. The cabin features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6-8 people. It has a kitchen with dishwasher, living room with wood burning stove, dining room, laundry, and horse pen outside the back door. | ||

Wrangler | |
| The Wrangler has a comfortable full size bed and all the western charm a cowboy could want. Cabin sleeps 2 people with a shared full bath with shower, wood fireplace and includes breakfast. | ||

Foreman | |
| Old “west” comforts for today’s cowboy. The Foreman sleeps 4 with a shared full bath with shower, wood fireplace and includes breakfast. Guests sleep in a full bed and 2 twin beds. | ||

Settler | |
| Enjoy your Colorado vacation in our Settler cabin. The Settler cabin has a sleeping loft that is perfct for the children. Cabin sleeps 4-6 people with private bath (shower only), wood fireplace and includes breakfast. Guests sleep in a full bed, twin bunk bed and loft. | ||

Prospector | |
| Very western, very comfortable! Guests sleep in one full hide-a-bed, one full bed and one twin. Sleeps 5 people with a private bath (bathtub & shower) and fully equipped kitchen. | ||

Rustler | |
| The Rustler was originally the ice house for the ranch and now sleeps 5 people with a private bath (shower only) and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests sleep in full bunk beds and one twin bed. | ||

| The Gambler sleeps 4 with a private bath (shower only) and kitchen. It has twin bunk beds and a full bed. | ||

| The Marshall sleeps 4 with a shared bath (shower only). It has twin bunk beds and a full bed and includes breakfast. | ||

Cowboy U Bunkhouse | |
| The Cowboy U Bunkhouse sleeps up to 8 folks in twin bunk beds with a shared bath (shower only) decorated just like CMT’s Cowboy U left it. The bunkhouse is where Cowboy U Colorado’s contestants lived during the filming. Complete with a wood burning stove, as well as couches, tables and seasonal decorations. This bunkhouse has it all and is perfect for large families, youth groups, and corporate retreats. Breakfast is included.(Available during off season dates only) | ||
